About Factinery

Factinery is a publishing platform for industrial company profiles, product information and practical guides. It brings related information together so readers can understand what is described, where the information comes from and when the page was updated.

What you can find

Company profiles describe a business and link to its published product information. Product pages bring together specifications, applications and source references. Guides explain practical ways to read industrial information and supporting documents.

The company directory will grow as real profiles are prepared and approved for publication. An empty collection means that no relevant profiles have been published; it is not filled with demonstration businesses.

How information is documented

Information may come from company publications, official records, document issuers and other identifiable public sources. References describe the material they support. Company-provided statements are identified as such, and reported results retain their stated conditions and scope.

Read the sources and updates policy for details about dates, corrections and publication.

What a profile means

A profile is a record of published information. Hosting a profile does not by itself constitute product certification, an independent laboratory test or a supplier audit. Any check described on a page applies only to the material and scope stated there.

Updates and corrections

Published pages show their content update date. Source dates and the date a public source was consulted are recorded separately where known. When a statement changes or a source is withdrawn, the relevant page should be revised and material changes explained.

Publishing relationships

Where a company pays for publishing or related services, that relationship should be disclosed on the affected page. A commercial relationship does not expand the scope of a source or turn a company statement into an independent test result.
