Manufacturer confirmation needed
Do not treat this as an automatically approved pairing. SP200 voltage is within the F800 manual range, but its 11.1 A working current and 13.3 A short-circuit current exceed the F800 listed 8 A input rating. Manufacturer confirmation of this exact pairing and current handling is still needed.

Conditions before connection
- Current-input and permissible PV short-circuit-current limits are not assumed to be the same quantity. The cited material does not resolve the higher-current-panel case.
- One unmodified panel only. This comparison does not approve series/parallel arrays or mixing panel revisions.
- Use the manufacturer-specified charging input and cable. Check connector keying, polarity and cable ratings against the actual equipment; a matching connector name alone is not approval.
- Do not connect a panel to an AC input or a DC output. Do not bypass protection or alter wiring to force a connection.
- Manufacturer-listed pairing is not a laboratory test by Factinery. Nameplate watts are not a promise of charging speed.
Not assessed here: Firmware compatibility; Extension battery compatibility; UPS performance; Recall clearance; Multi-panel array design.
What is known and what is not
Both products carry a 200W headline, but that is not sufficient to resolve their electrical relationship. The original F800 manual gives an input window and a current rating; the SP200 sheet gives separate working and short-circuit currents. The current difference is the unresolved item, not the panel voltage.
Do not turn a current-rating gap into a false conclusion
A solar panel current rating is not proof that it forces that current into every controller. Conversely, this guide has no model-specific evidence that the F800 safely accepts this higher-current source and simply limits the draw. We therefore neither predict damage nor issue an unconditional yes. Ask FOSSiBOT to confirm permissible panel Isc, current limiting and the specified cable for the exact F800 revision.
Keep input and output connectors distinct
The F800 manual identifies XT60 as the solar input and describes the solar-to-XT60 cable. Its DC output specifications are unrelated to the PV intake. Do not use the output current rating to justify connecting this panel.
Compare the other documented power-station and panel combinations.
