What your company can publish
A company profile can describe your legal entity, brand, business scope, headquarters and official contact channels. Product pages can include models, specifications, units, operating conditions, application information and links to supporting documents. Products with closely related variants can use one series comparison page.
Start with an existing profile
Search the company directory first. Send us the existing page URL to request a correction or company association. We check the representative’s connection to the business before granting management access; registration alone does not grant control of a company.
Information to include
- Company and brand names, official website, public contact address and a work email for the representative.
- The existing Factinery page, or a brief description of the new profile required.
- Core product models, current specification sheets, units, configurations and application conditions.
- Public document links, the document version and date, and permission to publish the proposed material.
- For certificates: certificate number, holder, issuer, applicable product or management-system scope and validity dates.
Please send public material and document links only. Do not send identity documents, passwords, contracts, confidential prices or internal reports through public forms or this introductory channel. A private evidence-upload service is not yet available.
How publication works
- We match the request to the correct business and existing directory record.
- Our team prepares the page and identifies any missing or conflicting details.
- The company confirms the final wording, specifications and public release scope.
- The approved page is published at a stable address, with applicable source and commercial-relationship disclosures.
Company submission and certificate checks
A company-submitted label applies only to material actually supplied and confirmed by the company. Issuer-checked certificate details are a separate matter: the record must identify the certificate, holder, issuer, scope, validity and the issuer record consulted. Uploading a certificate or paying for publication does not create an issuer-checked status.
Using the knowledge base in articles
Link a statement to the relevant product, series or fact section, and name the company or original document that supports it. Preserve test conditions and distinguish manufacturer specifications from independently produced reports. A knowledge-base page provides a documented source; it does not guarantee publication, search indexing or AI recommendation.
Fees and publishing relationships
Factinery is operated by Qiansu Technology Shenzhen Co., Ltd., which also provides publishing and related services to businesses. Relevant paid relationships are disclosed on the affected pages. Payment does not determine whether a technical claim is verified.
